In this strategy game the player becomes a tiny virus in a bloodstream. The virus targets red blood cells for growth. White blood cells attack the virus and antibiotics flow through veins to stop it.

To move the virus the player clicks and drags it across cells. Each infection earns points. These points pay for speed upgrades. A shield can absorb incoming damage. Later levels introduce faster immune cells. Stronger drugs appear to slow the virus.
