Open the player menu. Pick Mario in a green outfit or in a red outfit. Move the cursor to the top slot. Press the spacebar to kick off the run.

Arrow keys guide Mario across each stage. Hit right and he moves ahead. Tap left to pull him toward the start. A push up sends him into a jump.

The spacebar triggers actions. Pressing it smashes bricks or knocks out nearby foes. Holding that key boosts Mario into a higher leap. Coins dot each course and extra lives spring out of special blocks.
