Search and Destroy appears in the Call of Duty series. Two teams face off with only one life per round. Attackers try to plant a bomb at one of two sites. A tabletop release called Search Destroy simulates squad action in Vietnam during 1965 and 1966. Players deploy American units and Viet Cong guerrillas on a map. Each turn brings scouting missions and ambush runs. Victory comes from smart moves and careful resource use. The board game shows the same intensity found in digital play but with a historical twist.
